The wait is officially over for southern corridor renovators. Following seven successful years on Enterprise Way, Cerámico Tiles & Bathrooms has officially opened the doors to its massive new flagship showroom at 3 Savery Way, Rockingham.
The grand opening weekend drew a record-breaking crowd of homeowners, trade partners, and community figures. With 91.7 The Wave broadcasting live with Darragh O’Dea, the atmosphere was buzzing from the moment the doors opened at 9:00 AM. Visitors explored over a dozen fully constructed, trend-setting bathroom displays while taking advantage of free merchandise, coffee, and expert design advice.
From Frustration to Flagship: The Cerámico Story

The journey to 3 Savery Way is rooted in authentic trade experience. Founded in 2019 by qualified wall and floor tilers Carl Connor and Paul O'Driscoll, the business was born out of genuine industry frustration.
Prior to launching Cerámico, Carl and Paul ran independent renovation company Renov8 W.A.. With over 50 years of combined hands-on construction experience between them, they grew tired of watching their clients suffer through poor customer service, inflated pricing, and lack of product knowledge at traditional tile retail shops.
"We wanted to build a single destination where trade quality, transparent pricing, and real design expertise exist under one roof," co-founder Paul O'Driscoll explained.
That vision resonated so strongly with local homeowners that Cerámico rapidly outgrew its original footprint, driving the ambitious move to a location nearly three times the size.

The grand opening weekend served as a major gathering point for community leaders and local personalities who came out to support the local business success story.
State Member for Rockingham Magenta Marshall, a long-time customer of Cerámico, was in attendance to inspect the new space and celebrate the expansion. City of Rockingham Mayor Lorna Buchan and Deputy Mayor Robert Schmidt also joined the festivities, taking time to speak with the founders about the company's investment in the local economy.

Adding to the community atmosphere were representatives and players from the Rockingham City Football Club, which Cerámico proudly sponsors as part of its ongoing commitment to grassroots sports across the region.
Built Local, Designed for Real Families

What sets the new 3 Savery Way facility apart is its thoughtful, customer-first design. Beyond supplying premium large-format porcelain, mosaics, tapware, and trade supplies, Cerámico offers complete turnkey bathroom renovations from initial 3D design to final fit-out.
Understanding that home planning can be stressful for busy parents, the team incorporated an enclosed kids' nook alongside a dedicated coffee and lounge area. This allows families to sit down, review concepts, and make selections in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
True to their philosophy, the new showroom was built with the help of a massive coalition of local trades, including Vizual Impact, Dean Clarke Painting & Decorating, Rockingham Glass, Inspiration Wood, CoolTech Coatings, and Buzzin Electrics.
